Please read carefully before booking your guided golf cart tour.
To provide visitors with an authentic and informative guided tour of Avalon’s landscape, history and lifestyle of its residents.
Each Tour is Time & Date specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the correct location, time & date.
Online or phone reservations are required. One week advance notice is recommended as tours are subject to ticket and guide availability.
Payment must be received in advance. Credit cards accepted by using our online booking system as are transfers via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle for phone reservations.
Please bring proof of identification with your confirmation voucher.
Customers must inform our staff about any medical condition before the tour.
Customers will be required to sign a statement of risk before the tour.
Riders must have the ability to stand straight, lean slightly forward and backwards, and climb a step. Wear comfortable walking shoes.

- Seat position: 3 seats face forward 2 seats face backwards.
- CHILD CAR SEATS NOT PROVIDED, guests must supply their own.
- Includes a street-legal golf cart driven & accompanied by an expert guide.
- Golf cart is equipped with: license plate, front and rear lights, safety belts, horn, weather cover.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Tour runs rain or shine.
- It’s not possible to adjust the starting time or length of the tours.
Tour operator may cancel any tour on short notice IF weather conditions are not suitable. A refund will be issued if a tour cannot be rescheduled within 365 days.
Refund will be issued only to customers who reserved directly with Events International, LLC.
No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel, or failure to arrive at your tour meeting point by the scheduled departure time.
A complete refund will be issued IF request to cancel is received in writing via email or text at least 72 hours before the tour departure time.
71-48 Hours Notice: A fully transferable “store” credit will be issued to parties that cancel within this period. The tour may be rescheduled (based on availability) or the “store” credit may be turned into a gift certificate for transfer to another party. Valid for 365 days from original tour date.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: We will give you the possibility to reschedule the tour based on availability (valid for 6 months)
Less than 24 Hours Notice – No Refunds: Payment will not be refunded for any other reason such as rainy weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed flight etc. Events International LLC. cannot be held responsible for acts of god.
At the sole discretion of the tour operator a missed tour/rebooking fee may be charged and a credit for a future booking granted.
