Our Mission
To provide visitors with an authentic and informative guided tour of Avalon’s landscape, history and lifestyle of its residents.
Cancellations
No show, late start: No refunds will be issued for failure to arrive at your tour meeting point by the scheduled departure time. Tours that start late due to the late arrival of passengers cannot be extended.
3+ Cart Tours: If your party consists of more than 10 guests and you have booked 3 or more of our carts at one time slot (regardless of separate reservations & payments) a 72 hour cancellation requirement will take effect. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any cancellation within 72 hours if all (3+) carts are cancelled.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: No Refunds. A $50 per cart fee will be assessed. The balance of your credit can be applied to reschedule the tour based on availability valid for 6 months, no cash value.
Within 24 hours: No Refunds – Payment will not be refunded for any reason such as rainy weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed boat or flight etc. Events International Tours Inc. cannot be held responsible for “acts of God”. If weather conditions are not suitable. A refund will be issued if a tour cannot be rescheduled within 365 days. Refunds will be issued only to customers who reserved directly with Events International, LLC.
At the sole discretion of the tour operator a missed tour/rebooking fee may be charged and a credit for a future booking granted.
Required
Each Tour is Time & Date specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the correct location, time & date.
Online or phone reservations are required. One week advance notice is recommended as tours are subject to ticket and guide availability.
Payment must be received in advance. Credit cards accepted by using our online booking system, as are transfers via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle for phone reservations.
Please bring proof of identification with your confirmation voucher or digital reservation confirmation.
Customers must inform our staff about any medical condition before the tour.
Customers will be required to sign a statement of risk before the tour.
Riders must have the ability to stand straight, lean slightly forward and backwards, and climb a step. Wear comfortable walking shoes.

- Seat position: 3 seats face forward 2 seats face backwards.
- CHILD CAR SEATS NOT PROVIDED, guests must supply their own.
- Includes a street-legal golf cart driven & accompanied by an expert guide.
- Golf cart is equipped with: license plate, front and rear lights, safety belts, horn, weather cover.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Tour runs rain or shine.
- It’s not possible to adjust the starting time or length of the tours.
